Photoshoot, editorial & headshot styling
a polished and cohesive look for your shoot.
Whether you’re updating professional headshots, refreshing your personal brand, shooting new website content, producing a campaign, or creating an editorial, what you wear plays a huge role in how the final images come together.
I take care of the wardrobe side from start to finish, creating looks that feel intentional, photograph beautifully, and actually feel like you.
Available for men and women in New York City, Manhattan, and surrounding areas, as well as any location virtually.
Great photos start before you get in front of the camera
You can have the photographer, location, hair, makeup, and creative direction completely dialed in, but if the wardrobe isn’t right, the whole shoot can feel a little off. That doesn’t mean everything needs to be dramatic or overly styled.
It means thinking about how colors photograph, how pieces fit and move, what works with the location and backdrop, how each outfit relates to the next, and whether the wardrobe actually supports the story you’re trying to tell. I handle those details so you can show up knowing the wardrobe is taken care of.

What’s Included
01
Styling Consultation + Creative Direction
We start by talking through the purpose of the shoot, where the images will be used, your brand, audience, location, creative direction, and how you want the final photos to feel.
If you already have a photographer, mood board, brand guidelines, or shot list, great. I’ll use those to make sure the wardrobe supports the larger vision. If you’re still figuring it out, I can help establish the direction from the wardrobe side.
02
Wardrobe Planning + Outfit Selection
I’ll create a cohesive wardrobe direction for the shoot and determine what each look needs to accomplish. We may work with pieces you already own, source something new, or combine the two.
Everything is considered as part of the bigger picture, including color, fit, texture, proportion, layering, accessories, location, and how each outfit will photograph.
03
Shopping + Sourcing
If new pieces are needed, I’ll source clothing, shoes, accessories, and finishing details based on your style, brand, budget, and shoot objectives.
Instead of sending you out to shop without a plan, every piece is chosen with a specific look and purpose in mind.
04
Your personalized virtual closet
Before the shoot, you’ll receive a digital lookbook outlining your complete outfits so there’s no guessing the morning of.
You’ll know exactly what goes together, which accessories belong with each look, and what needs to come with you to set.
05
On-Set Styling Support
For shoots that need it, I’m there on set to manage wardrobe, make adjustments, watch how everything is photographing, and keep each look polished throughout the day.
That may mean changing proportions, adjusting accessories, steaming clothing, troubleshooting fit, or making a quick call when something just isn’t working on camera. The goal is to make sure every detail stays intentional while you focus on the shoot itself.
"I hired Chelsea for photoshoot styling for my business's rebrand. I adored working with her! We collaborated wonderfully, and the photos turned out amazing. Outside of the photoshoot styling, she helped me feel comfortable in my skin and confident in my clothes. I have received so many compliments on my updated wardrobe, and I truly feel like it reflects who I am. I can’t wait to work together again!"
